Below is a copy of our warranty policy. If your product requires warranty, you must return the product where it was purchased, and your dealer will handle the warranty issue. Precision Grilles does not handle warranty issues with end users.

PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION - Revised 03/01/2010

General Information

• All Precision Grilles Products have a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required .
• This limited warranty does not include rust, normal wear and tear and is void if product shows evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, collision, road hazard, improper installation and / or maintenance or modification.
• This warranty does not cover cost of removal, installation, shipping or other incidental charges.
• This warranty is limited to the repair and / or replacement of the product only at the discretion of Precision Grilles .
• All warranty issues must be accompanied by original sales receipt and shipping charges prepaid.

Product Specific warranties

• EZ Stainless and Stainless Face Billet limited lifetime warranty.
• EZ Solid Billet Grille limited 3 year warranty.
• Classic Billet Insert and EZ Overlay limited 1 year warranty.
• ABS Grille Shell, Grille Shell Accessories and Plastic Grille Shell limited 30 day warranty.
• Fiberglass Roll Pan, Roll Pan Accessories and Bumper Covers limited 30 day warranty.
• Hidden Hitch, Tire Relocator, License Plate Frame and Bow Ties limited 90 day warranty.

Finish Care Guidelines

• Most accessories require regular maintenance. For Billet Grille Products we recommend normal cleaning using mild soap and water and the use of a non-abrasive aluminum polish on a continual basis taking into consideration your climate and driving conditions.

Disclaimer

• Installation of some products may alter the characteristics designed by the vehicle manufacture.
• Precision Grilles assumes no responsibility or liability as a result of any resulted altered characteristics due to the installation of these products.

Fitments

• We strongly suggest that you fit check all products prior to any custom painting or fabrication. Warranty is void for any product that has been modified from the original form. Please check all products prior to installation.
