Xtreme Grilles Purchases All Assets of Precision Grilles From Chapter 7 Bankruptcy: Xtreme Grilles LLC, has acquired all assets of Precision Grilles and has moved into Precision’s offices, warehouse, production buildings. Xtreme NOW offers most of the Precision Grilles line as a new brand category. It is the perfect mix of Xtreme’s high quality import and Precision’s inovative and USA crafted grilles which personify our moto of Quality • Sylle • Attitude.

As Xtreme managements Mark Rodgers and John Morin both worked for Precision for years, we understand the frustration of their customers and the long heritage of the line. For almost 20 years, Precision built their business with innovative great quality products and the support of customers who recognized value. Precision fell on hard times, as all of us have recently, and could not overcome the financial burden caused by a single large customer.

We at Xtreme, recognized the value of the company, their products and their loyal customers. When the opportunity to purchase the assets presented itself, we felt it was worth the risk as a business decision, and felt the responsibility and opportunity to rescue a valued entity. Xtreme is not under the same financial burden, in fact, we have built our business for the past 2 years and enjoy one of the highest fill rates (96% in 7 Days). With the new Precision lines, we have solid inventory levels of most A movers and as a USA produced line expect to maintain a fill rate of 90% in 14 days.
